Those units in the rental program effective April 1, 2020 shall be assessed to pay, over a two year period, any deficit sustained to maintain the hotel rental program operations through the end of 2020. Assessment's payments, if required, would be due on a monthly basis starting January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2022. Monthly assessments, if required, would be calculated by dividing the deficit plus interest incurred by the number of units on the rental program on April 1, 2020, divided by 24 months. The amount is unknown currently.
