It's a little quirky having the house face Miller Blvd with a Patriot Ct address but you can take that up with the city. We tried! The lot between the house and Miller Blvd is being reserved in the case the NCDOT acquires it for a portion of the Miller Blvd widening project. A very small slice of the vacant lot appears to be on previous plans released by the NCDOT. However, they have not made a formal offer to acquire the lot. It is anticipated at sometime in the future the lot will be used for a new home or ownership by the NCDOT.
